Overall Satisfaction with TeamSupport

  • It allows easy access to tickets from all departments.
  • Easy tracking of customer issues.
  • Knowledge base articles.
  • Does not handle foreign characters in ticket names.
  • Still hard to embed pictures.
  • Would prefer better formatting tools for text.
  • We are able to handle a large customer base with a small number of employees.

I have been forced to downsize my department - I would never have been able to handle this without Team Support.
