Overall Satisfaction with TeamSupport

  • I love the that it is online and no software is needed to access it at work, at home or traveling
  • Very easy to use to update case notes and contact customers
  • Establishing ticket priority is very simple.
  • The only thing I would like to see is some filtering for ticket status/type when in My Tickets.
  • Improved response time with customers.
  • Increased issue tracking and visibility.
It does what we need and want it to do.
Overall very happy with TeamSupport the product and also with the support I have received from the people at TeamSupport any time I have a question.
