Overall Satisfaction with TeamSupport
- I love the that it is online and no software is needed to access it at work, at home or traveling
- Very easy to use to update case notes and contact customers
- Establishing ticket priority is very simple.
- The only thing I would like to see is some filtering for ticket status/type when in My Tickets.
- Improved response time with customers.
- Increased issue tracking and visibility.
