  • It allows my customers to create trackable tickets, allows internal users to assign tickets to groups and/or individual users, and allows a convenient customer interaction history to be built and maintained.
  • Web based, so it's accessible anywhere anytime from any device I choose to use.
  • There really is not a notable deficiency for my uses of the product.
  • Huge reduction in the time formerly spent documenting customer interactions. Much more streamlined now and all self contained and easy to see in one place.
It is reasonably priced, and is far superior in tracking and storing customer interactions and information than our previous system. Spent a long time researching this product and believe it to be the best to suit our needs at present.
Great easy to use product, excellent technical support and reasonably priced. A neat trifecta.
