Pros
- It allows my customers to create trackable tickets, allows internal users to assign tickets to groups and/or individual users, and allows a convenient customer interaction history to be built and maintained.
- Web based, so it's accessible anywhere anytime from any device I choose to use.
Cons
- There really is not a notable deficiency for my uses of the product.
- Huge reduction in the time formerly spent documenting customer interactions. Much more streamlined now and all self contained and easy to see in one place.
