Overall Satisfaction with Teamwork
Nowadays I use Teamwork Project Manager to manage myself in all activities at my company. The company has other management tools, but I really like to stay organized all the time. I got this behavior from my last job, where I was a manager, responsible for a team with 5 resources and 2 projects. In that time, I used almost all of features from Teamwork, except financials, which was provided by another tool.
- Simple creation tasks
- Use of milestones
- Export to MS Project
- Define owners to the tasks
- Creation of subtasks
- It's hard to put in the time estimation for subtasks
- Gantt manipulation doesn't work in some browsers
- I can't measure my use in personal tasks
- Positive: I can create and manage tasks easily to create quickly Gantt charts and manage the team
- Negative: I need to use timedoctor to be more accurate in my activity tracking hours
I have only used Trello, which is more useful to agile methodologies.
Teamwork is the only tool I use to do project management.
