Overall Satisfaction with Technolutions Slate
We use Slate as our primary resource for assisting students in the application process for our university. We also use it for communication purposes, travel planning, monitoring communication, etc. It is primarily used by our department, but we are slowly helping other departments move towards using Slate. It addresses the issues of needing multiple software and resources to do our jobs and instead gives us a one-stop shop.
- Allows user to maintain good track of communication that one is having with the customer.
- Allows the creation of specific queries that we can use to reach students in a more unique way,
- It is extremely user-friendly!
- It could provide more ways to communicate, such as direct message or instant message if students are online.
- It could insert tutorials within the app, so that if you don't understand something you could have easy access to help.
- It has changed the culture of our office!
- It is by far the best resource that we have been able to implement in our business.
- It has been a huge return investment and allows us to do our jobs more efficiently.
Other products can provide what you need to do your job, but can make doing your job more difficult, or even time-consuming. Slate gives you the ability to do your job and to do it well. It creates a means of doing your job efficiently and in a timely manner, creating shortcuts and better processes than other products.
