We used it to do time and expenses and it interfaced to our AR

I think it is a very good product, but i didn't have a say in picking it
It was easy to review at a glance time for a 2 week period. Easy to approve expenses. Although the whole expense report had to be rejected, it was easier for the users to deal with a rejected report as opposed to a rejected line item
I liked Tenrox. It was user friendly and we had good feed back from our users. Automation to pull receipts to invoices would have been nice
