We are a community college of 15,000 students and implemented Text-Em-All as a platform to contact our students with outbound messages related to certain deadlines. The platform helped us contact our students in a new way that we had not been able to in the past, and without needing to do complex integrations between their platform and our student system, simply by doing file uploads on a periodic basis. This approach helped us reduce the number of students missing critical deadlines by 30-50% in different cases, resulting in a more positive student experience and employee workflow without much business need. We have used the platform for three years and continue to see benefit in the product to make outbound text messages and outbound calls to our students with critical and timely information.
