Very impressed with how Text-Em-All has improved communication within our company!

Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We currently utilize Text-Em-All for contacting all of our employees with pertinent information. If there is going to be bad weather and the business is going to close we will send messages out to everyone. Also, when we have specific groups of employees, i.e. maintenance/property managers to receive specific information. Text-Em-All makes it very easy to select the group to send the information to about freezes so they know to wrap the pipes, etc. I really like how the program allows us to see if employees have opted out of receiving messages so we can go back to verify who has and hasn't received the messages.

Pros

  • Allows us to send messages to groups of employees
  • Allows me to see responses from employees who text back
  • Notifies me when there are messages that don't send
  • Allows us to archive messages that we will likely resend in the future

Cons

  • I wish there was a place to input a department for the contact so we could break down one more level
  • Groups are very helpful for us
  • Opt out notifications
  • Saving time when reaching out to multiple employees at once
  • Improved delivery of information and proof of the info being sent/received
I had to reach out to customer service because I couldn't find a broadcast that we sent out last year. I didn't realize that I needed to save the message for future use. The customer service rep was able to release the info to me even though it was past the time and helped me understand how to save this information for the future.

Most recently I utilized Text-Em-All to send out notifications of hotel reservations and details of our annual meeting. It was very easy to get this important information to employees this way.
