Unlimited mass texting for non-sales organizations!
Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
I use Text-Em-All in our religious organization to send out announcements and Zoom links to our services. The service is also used to send out daily devotionals by another team member. Originally, the Pastor of this organization had to manually send out invitation links every Sunday, which would cost him hours of time. Once I introduced Text-Em-All, the talk was reduced to a matter of minutes every weekend! Best of all, we are only limited by our list size, so this service was perfect for our situation. I highly recommend this for smaller size organizations looking for an unlimited texting option that doesn't involve sales. The contact list is easy to manage, and there are options for users to automatically register themselves to the contact list via texting options.
Pros
- Low Monthly Price for unlimited texts.
- Contact list management is easy to use.
- Customer service is quick and very professional.
- Templates make creating text campaigns easy to start and launch.
Cons
- Some auto-opt-out features can flag contacts that did not intend to opt-out.
- I would like some auto-response options for incoming texts.
- Campaign execution can be slow at times.
- Unlimited Texting for a low monthly price.
- Easy to use with features such as templates.
- Contact list management is fast and easy.
- The task of sending out invitational texts has been greatly reduced in time.
- Texts are easily managed and responded to, keeping us in touch with our community.
- Campaigns are archived and tracked for future reference.
Text-Em-All is the best option for non-sales mass texting with unlimited texting. Most other services charge by text, and this can become expensive depending on your situation.
