Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

The ability to immediately contact 100-1000 employees for potential assignments.

Pros

  • The ability to customize the rate of outgoing calls in order to avoid getting overwhelmed.
  • The ease of use makes their service beneficial to me rather than another chore on my list.
  • Giving details on how much my message will cost and giving me the ability to modify it in real-time to control what I am spending.

Cons

  • The text messages all go out at once, even if I have slowed the calls down. Allowing me to modify the text message rate would be nice.
  • I would pay a monthly fee for a certain level of service that doesn't charge me per text message once a blast call has been paid for.
  • The ability to import and modify my call/text list.
  • The ability to modify the outgoing call rate.
  • Time savings for sure- the ability to immediately send the same message to hundreds of people at once is the reason I use this service.
  • Ease of use- the ability to modify and save my contact lists is great.
