We really like using this. We are able to text our clients because some clients will not answer unknown numbers.

- A feature where we know they had read the message instead of just receiving it.

- I do not have any negative impact.
I like how it user friendly even on cell phones when you are unable to come to the office.
This is the only app I have ever used.
