Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
I use Text-Em-All for company wide communication as well as for customer contact and alerts. It used to be quite difficult to send an alert out to multiple selected customers at the same time, but with Text-Em-All we can create groups within our customer base and deliver messages and alerts to just those select groups. It is also easier to send a group text rather than adding contacts to a group each time I need to text specific employees.
Pros
- Their staff is amazing. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer and questions I may have.
- It is a program that is fast to learn and easy to use.
- The pricing is reasonable.
Cons
- There are a few areas where the app does not function in the same way as the desk version.
- Ease of use

- Outstanding customer service
- Having the ability to suspend our account without penalty. We use the service only 7 out of 12 months and being able to suspend and restart without charge or losing information it really important.
- It saves time when trying to reach a large group of people.
- It is slightly less expensive than other options.
- Customers are happier knowing that we are keeping them in the loop.
