Great tool for filling shifts quickly

My organization uses Text-Em-All to get messages out to our employees about different events going on around the organization and to send messages about open shifts that need to be filled. One major problem we run into using Text-Em-All is that if we use certain words in our messages, the phone carriers block our number making us unable to use these services until the carriers lift the block. This sometimes takes days to fix which becomes a real problem for our day to day operations.
