Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
We use Text-Em-All to remind our patients that they have an upcoming appointment. This helps reduce no-shows, allowing us to help keep our community members vaccinated. We have also used it to send out Informational messages that needed to be sent out quickly to many clients at one time. GREAT AND EASY SERVICE

- Our numbers look better with the state on how we are keeping patients up on all their vaccination needs.
- Assists us as a Health department to have a healthier community, especially during high Covid rates. We were able to get the word out faster and to a greater amount of people about our Covid vaccine clinics.
We were able to use ONE employee to do a big job informing many people. The system is so easy to use and allows us to pick what we say, day it goes out, time it goes out and our clients appreciate it. Employees also find the system easy to use and does not interfere with all the other tasks they are responsible for.
