Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We use Text-Em-All to contact our clients and staff in regards to special events or emergency closings.

Pros

  • Organized
  • Allows for different text groups
  • Easily accessible on phone or pc

Cons

  • Easier way to remove numbers in house
  • Easy to use
  • Clients can add themselves to lists
  • Clients appreciate the quick communication
  • Saves time and effort when needing to get a message out quickly
We have only used Text-Em-All, but have liked it so much we have stayed with it. We have another program that could potentially be used in this way, but Text-Em-All is more cost-effective, allowing you to add funds as needed instead of monthly charges.
