Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

Our Nursing staff use this application most often for staffing.

Pros

  • Able to upload a file to keep employee contact information up to date .
  • Able to have several different contact groups so message do not have to go out to all staff.
  • Able to see log of what messages have been sent and who received them.

Cons

  • I have no examples at this time to give
  • Being able to upload contact information and group them by shift and or department.
  • Saving time when trying to contact all staff.
They have helped with all our questions.

During the Covid Pandemic we were able to reach both families and staff with updates quickly.

Currently we use it for Staff only to update with mandatory in-service notifications and to let them know a shift is available for pick up.
