Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We used Text-Em-All to notify our engaged clients of the open tax portal, so that we can begin their projects. We used them annually around tax season time. The software was great in contacting a bunch of clients at once and to make communication easier for our clients. When the software provider kept our account open, it worked great.

In the event of an issue, I found them to be quite communicative and responsive. I was pleased to receive a refund for my credit balance, which they handled in a timely and efficient manner. Overall, my experience with them was neutral and left me feeling dissatisfied with their customer service.
The service was not utilized for emergency notifications, as that is not its intended purpose. Rather, we employed it to facilitate and enhance our clients' interaction with the tax portal. By leveraging this service, we were able to provide our clients with a more efficient and streamlined experience, allowing them to easily navigate the portal and access the necessary information and resources. This ultimately helped us to optimize our clients' satisfaction and streamline our overall operations.

In my experience, the software company closed my account because they suspected that my use of their services did not comply with their policy guidelines. I'm really disappointed about the account closure, as I was not violating any of their terms and conditions. I was sad to see it close as we had zero complaints from any client.
