Be very weary of Textedly
Overall Satisfaction with Textedly
I send out daily text messages to people who subscribe.
Pros
- schedule ahead
- adding new subscribers
- allowing for subscribers to respond to text messages
Cons
- Recently raised their rates without informing existing customers
- In my opinion, terrible customer service
- Would not adjust to my needs as a customer
- Would not answer questions that I had
- Did not offer options to resolve my issues
- Did not listen to my concerns
- Would not release purchased product for me to use
- Rates are ridiculous with price increases
- Consistency in posting
- Easy to enroll new subscribers
- IN my opinion, their prices have become so high that the ROI is no longer feasible.
- I run a small business and they no longer consider what is realistic for a small business. In my opinion, it feels like to me that they are catering to a business much larger than my small business.

No. It was not offered to me.
Yes - Several years ago, I did. And I felt like customer service listened and resolved the issue. Of late, this has not been the case.
