Overall Satisfaction with TextMagic
Our company uses TextMagic as an easy way to send out messages to all employees very quickly. We use it to inform employees of weather related delays or closings. We also use it for other types of urgent message that we need to send during off hours. We have employees who do not have company email or company devices to check email during non-business hours. TextMagic allows us to reach everyone whether or not they are on the company's email distribution.
- It is very easy to import a contact list.
- The simplicity of creating a template makes this a breeze to use.
- I can access TextMagic from anywhere and reach all of our employees in seconds.
- I don't have any cons at the moment.
- It's just a small part of our communications with employees but they appreciate it very much!

- There is no negative impact. I just need to remember to update the contact lists with any employee changes.

We have our company cell phones through AT&T and we researched setting up a text blasting service through them. It would have been a very expensive option and it made no sense to spend that kind of money when TextMagic does everything we need it to do for a minimal investment.
