Overall Satisfaction with Textmagic

We follow up on quotes we send to customers, notify customers of their upcoming deliveries and remind employees of their starting time. Many people don't read their emails, but they do see text messages.

Pros

  • API connection to other applications
  • Message on platforms other than SMS
  • Allow flexibility for various business uses

Cons

  • I wish that it worked better with our local phone number.
  • Connect to more platforms
  • Reminds customers to confirm their quotes and increases conversion rates.
  • Eases operational conversations with customers.
It is very simple to use while having advanced functionality
I haven't evaluation many other platforms. I have tried Keap a bit, but it's texting ability is very limited, and it doesn't handle replies well at all.

Manually or automatically messaging customers and employees works well. It would be great if it had a more seamless way to message customers across more platforms.
