Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud
The Okta Identity Cloud is used in our organization as a single sign on security application. This addresses the need for our company to feel safer when using their cloud based applications. It also allows for our company to adhere to best practices when it comes to our internal security. We also manage it for other clients.

The centralized identity management platform isn’t used by our company as of it. We are looking into expanding our current use of The Okta Identity Cloud.
I personally haven’t had any experience with The Okta Identity Cloud customer service, but the engineer at our company who implemented this software has had numerous encounters with customer service and has always come back saying that they are responsive and committed to getting the issues resolved. We have not had too many bad experiences there.
There has only been one instance in the past couple years that I can recall The Okta Identity Cloud being the reason that we could not utilize certain tools in our environment. It has been a very reliable tool overall.
