Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud
We use Okta Identity Cloud to be the cloud-based brokerage, so it is the backbone of the business model. Everything is in the Cloud--everything is digital and accessible and everything is secure. We have the ability to onboard digitally without the primary staff being bogged down by repetitive functions. We can collaborate across the country and around the world.

- We can collaborate with each other in a cloud-based mastermind
- Decreased need for repetitive staff or overlap
- Okta Identity Cloud is in the background of what we do, it is not marketing itself to the users
- Our Okta Identity Cloud passport was not well explained at the beginning
- Speed of getting tasks done is awesome
- Accessibility from anywhere, including under COVID conditions
- Increased productivity because there are no duplications
Once we have a company email, we have access to the programs which are provided by the platform. I have to have a very long password to sign in and get past the two factor identification.
Most of the Okta Identity Cloud functions that the company has chosen are protective of our brand and the type of unique value proposition that we offer to our clients.
I have never had a single time that I couldn't get into my passport. I have only had a couple times I couldn't get into the eXp World app, which may have been when there were updates. I feel like it is pretty flawless on the user end so far.
I haven't really used anything like this. It is a high-level service that is employed by my powers that be. If they hadn't chosen to opt into this process, then I would probably not have had the opportunity to experience this. The only semi-similar product I've used is Indentity Credit protection, which is more like apples and oranges. But they are still fruit.
