Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud

The entire organization uses [The Otka Identity Cloud] for single sign-on services. This has been a great help for those that have multiple applications they interface with during the day. As it is all online, the application has been especially useful for remote working. There are super users that assist with access and they are very responsive.

[The Otka Identity Cloud]'s centralized identity management platform remains neutral across multiple cloud environments and SaaS applications [have] benefitted our company by allowing all employees the ability to use the platform and the ability to connect many different applications to the platform and thus streamlining the log on process for these applications.
I mainly interact with the super users on our side, not [The Otka Identity Cloud] directly. However, when we connected Workiva's Wdesk with [The Otka Identity Cloud], per the super users, [The Otka Identity Cloud] was very helpful in setting up the apps to talk to each other and knew exactly what needed to be done to complete the process.
It has been very nice to know that [The Otka Identity Cloud] is not an application that goes offline. In these remote working times, it's nice to know that [it] will work and not delay our productivity at home so we don't have to go to our IT team to resolve these issues.

  • Duo / Cisco Secure Access and by Duo
We use Duo hand-in-hand with [The Otka Identity Cloud] and they work very well together. I would recommend using both to anyone that wishes to have a secure single sign-on experience. Dual authentication and [The Otka Identity Cloud]'s secure platform make sure I feel safe when I sign on, especially in a remote work environment.
For large (500+) organizations, I think [The Otka Identity Cloud] is essential. There are many employees that have many applications they need to log in to, and [The Otka Identity Cloud] helps simplify this. For smaller organizations, and organizations that are very simple as far as employees that don't use multiple applications, [The Otka Identity Cloud] may not be the best solution.
