Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Thinkific today to power our academy and knowledge center. Customers can access the academy directly from our app to view courses and best practices as they get started with the platform. We are committed to providing our customers with the best learning experience possible and Thinkific makes this possible.

Usability

The Thinkific platform is very easy to use, and we have already set up a number of courses in a matter of a few weeks. Adding course content is straightforward. Keeping this course content up to date is also relatively easy, but it does require some manual input. The course engagement analytics are straightforward and benefit our team as we track each course closely.

We ended up choosing Thinkific over competitors because of the ease of use to initially get started. The pricing and packaging were favorable for our use case and needs, and the customer support was strong as we were initially getting started with a few challenging items such as SSO integration and user enrollment.

Thinkific has been a great platform for our initial Academy launch. The Thinkific platform is easy to set up, build new courses, and track user enrollment and engagement analytics. It is well suited for our use case of scaled learning to drive user adoption. Thinkific also offers built-in analytics, so we can closely monitor course engagement.
