High quality product that allows us to expand our reach

Overall, the usability of this platform is great, on both the backend and the user experience. We have not received any complaints from users trying to access courses and we have had success with figuring out how to use certain features within the platform to make our content more engaging. There are a few features, such as customizable analytics and language translation, that would improve our usability. We currently use a third party for language translation and need to pull multiple reports to access the data we need for our grant funder reports.

Thinkific has allowed us to create and put together content for child care providers seeking to earn professional development hours and to grow their businesses. It has also allowed us to review analytics to determine how the classes are doing, and provide us the opportunity to reach out directly to users to offer additional assistance and share additional resources. We are also in the process of translating our course content into Spanish and wish we were able to do so directly in the platform instead of having to use a third party.
