Overall Satisfaction with Thinkific Plus

We use it for our tourism insider program. We created a course for hospitality workers in our town to have the opportunity to learn more about the community so they may share it with visitors & patrons of their businesses.

Pros

  • Easy interface
  • Simple plug and play courses

Cons

  • Support, every time I have needed support, they seem to give me the run around
  • Make it easier to own our content. If that makes sense. Sometimes we get requests for a printable version of our course. I would like the opportunity to create that, but it doesn’t make it easy to take our content and use it differently.
  • Contract term length
It’s easy to use but not worth it for the everyday company

I would recommend it for a colleague with a larger budget. Unfortunately, with the contract terms and costs associated, I would not recommend to anyone who just needs it for one course like us. Definitely doesn’t feel like we are getting our monies worth.
