Overall Satisfaction with Cisco ThousandEyes
Monitoring domains, services, traffic, getting metrics on what, how and where the issue happened. Additionally, checking the quality of services. (e.g., ms teams) audio, video quality. What might cause delay, high jitter, packet loss. Knowing at which hop the traffic got impacted, caused by an internal issue or provider issue.
