Overall Satisfaction with TidyCal
I've been using TidyCal for a short time, but have already received rave reviews from some of my clients. It takes the hassle out of scheduling client meetings, coffee chats, and working sessions with my clients. I've even started recommending to my clients for their scheduling needs. My only regret so far is I wish I would've started using it sooner!
- I can sync it with my Google Calendar, so no double bookings.
- I can create several different types of meetings.
- I can set my availability, so no meetings are scheduled when I need to be working on client work.
- I can set a buffer between meetings.
- I can set up 1:1 meetings or group meetings and even pick different locations.
- It automatically fills in my Google Meet instructions for my clients.
- It allows me to charge ahead for bookings.
- Can't beat the price!
- One of my clients wanted to set up membership subscriptions that can be billed through the app. As far as I can tell it doesn't have that capability yet.
- It would be great if Square was one of the integrations.
- Maybe being able to set travel time to in-person meetings by integration with Google Maps?
- It cut my Scheduling time by at least 50%.
- It impresses my clients and saves them time.
- It's the reason some of my clients end up hiring me.
