TD is used across our organisation to monitor and manage team time resources, productivity, and project investment.
We have also done away with our bio-metric attendance, and reply on TD for monitoring attendance & punctuality across hybrid and roster driven work schedules.

- Manage Time - both in terms of attendance but also productivity. E.g., if too much time is spent on a particular task, the employee concerned can be up-skilled to improve his efficiency.
- Allows for non-intrusive yet effective monitoring especially in the case of WFH/Hybrid situations, providing both employees and employers with an accurate record of time and effort invested.
