Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti
Our organization is utilizing Tipalti for Accounts Payable. We finally made the decision to go paperless to streamline and automate our accounts payable process. Tipalti has helped us eliminate paper and approval flows.

- My main concern is their support team takes a long time to resolve tickets.
- Tipalti will need to improve their integration with Sage Intacct as far as bill sync errors.
