Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti
Our organization is utilizing Tipalti for Accounts Payable. We finally made the decision to go paperless to streamline and automate our accounts payable process. Tipalti has helped us eliminate paper and approval flows.
- ACH payments
- Approval work flow
- Easy vendor onboarding
- My main concern is their support team takes a long time to resolve tickets.
- Tipalti will need to improve their integration with Sage Intacct as far as bill sync errors.
- [It] would be great if there was an option to edit bills after approval.
- Approving invoices via email instead of having users log in to the software [is an important feature for our organization].
- Menu functions are easily to navigate.
- The KYC feature is the most important for our organization.
- Definite ROI! Well worth the money spent.
- Negative: [In my experience,] at one point when I reached out for help, I [felt] rushed getting my issues resolved, or [they] tried selling me [an] add-on feature that we did not need.
- Positive: When you get the right support person to help you, they go way above and beyond for their customer service. I was very happy with Sami.
