Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti

At TuneIn, our partner base is global and the payment methods they prefer vary from Paypal to wires to physical checks as the platform integrates all of these methods. Our move to Tipalti dramatically decreased the time for setting up and managing these payments. In addition, the administrative task of collecting tax forms was automated reducing the need to chase them down at the end of the year.

We chose Tipalti over other options as it provided us the flexibility we needed to process payments with minimal inputs and at a price point that really made sense for us. It removed some of the roadblocks that existed with other products in this space. The ease in administrating the platform was also a key selling point.

Tipalti is a great resource for companies looking to automate their A/P process. Instead of setting up time-consuming manual international wire payments let Tipalti do it for you while giving your vendors/partners visibility and control over how they are paid. The vendor portal allows them to input contact, banking, and tax information removing potential errors and collecting the necessary information for EOY 1099 reporting.
