TopOpps is Slick and Value for Money
Overall Satisfaction with TopOPPS
TopOpps was primarily used by the sales team at Eventbrite as it is entirely sales focused tools.
Business problems it addresses:
1. Forecasting - They have a unique forecasting algorithm which based on several impactful points which makes forecasting better.
2. Pipeline tracking - See what deals moved and when and what it impacted.
3. Reps YoY performance
4. Funnel Movement
5. Call / Activity Impact.

Pros
- Clean UI to make data more digestable
- Health Scoring
- Forecasting
- Milestone Tracking on Opportunities
Cons
- Is only for opportunities.
- Difficult to bring in custom object.
- Some alert notifications were tough to configure
- Saves Time
- Increases Efficiency
- Accurate Forecasting
The tool was way [more]cost effective than something like Wave which is crazy expensive and not worth it.
The other tools we evaluated were:
1. Salesforce's Wave Analytics - Too Expensive
2. Tableau - Not very user-friendly at the time and too expensive
3. Excel solutions - the data would become stale as soon as the Excel was exported.
