Overall Satisfaction with Tribe Community Platform

Tribe community platform getting used in our company as a pilot project with employees for building a private community that would help the employees share knowledge, improve company culture, and improve productivity. This would help us stay connected socially and build better employee networks considering the recent shift in remote work caused by the pandemic.

It offers a beautiful design and has been built keeping in mind the preferences of modern web users. Very similar to creating your version of Facebook with complete data ownership and no distraction.
You get access to a dedicated Customer Success Manager and extensive onboarding with Premium and Enterprise plans. Also, the support community of Tribe is quite active; you can get help from other customers.

Since we're using it for a private community for our company and it is working out well, I can say that the use cases listed on their site should be apt. For example, you can create a customer community for support and feedback, a community of professionals, niche social media sites, discussion forums, etc.

Tribe Community Platform Reliability

It is fast, easy to configure, and does what it promises. Also, the pricing based on monthly active users is great in comparison to other solution who simply charge based on the registered users.
