Overall Satisfaction with Triblio ABM/ABX Platform
Triblio has been an essential tool in our ABM execution. When we are presented with any difficulties or questions, our account representative is readily available to give us support. It is the customer service and support that truly separates Triblio from similar platforms. The platform itself is easy to configure and user-friendly. There are more features that could be provided in this tool, but I can see that the team is hard at work to provide even more benefits to their portal.

The Triblio support team is miles ahead of any ABM partners I have used in the past. All questions and concerns are answered expeditiously. We also have a weekly meeting where our rep gives us suggestions on how we can improve our ads and even walks us through them in real-time. I have not experienced anything quite this "white glove" in an ABM partner before.
In the early stages of my use of the product, I mis-mapped the countries and times the ads were to show up. While on one of our weekly calls, the rep was able to pinpoint the mistakes I made, show me how to do them correctly, and fix them in real-time.
