Overall Satisfaction with TriNet HR Plus

I use TriNet HR Plus on a daily basis in my organization. TriNet HR Plus addresses all HR and Payroll issues that arise. I use TriNet HR Plus for Payroll and HR issues.

Pros

Cons

  • Sometimes I find it a little difficult to know exactly where to navigate
  • I would love an easier way to navigate forms
  • More information on HR Compliance classes
  • It has had a positive impact by streamlining our needs
  • TriNet HR Plus allows me to have extra time to complete other tasks which saves us money.
  • The only issue that was negative was a w-2 issue that resulted in underpayment for an employee
I really have enjoyed how user friendly TriNet HR Plus is. I have learned a lot on The Wing which has improved my knowledge on a variety of topics.
I think overall it stacks up well compared to Insperity. What I think is above and beyond is the number of training sessions that are offered and the educational resource of The Wing.

I have not found a way that TriNet HR Plus has not been suite or less appropriate in my experience.
