Overall Satisfaction with TriNet HR Platform
We mostly use TriNet for HR compliance, benefits, and payroll services. TriNet HR Platform offers competitive benefits plans and rates that would be very difficult for us to obtain as a small to mid-sized company.

- Staying on top of HR compliance (labor laws and regulations)
- Integration with other apps
Cons
- Employee solution center used to be more responsive
- I am told multiple ways to contact different teams at Trinet. It would be great if it was more centralized.
- I wish the compensation benchmark report function was free
- My company is likely saving $50k or so on health insurance
- My company is saving $30k/yr on retirement plan services via TriNet
