It is used across our entire organization for booking travel. It helps with scheduling travel and the associated problems. It functions as a travel agent.
- Their support is incredible. They are constantly helping me change flights and rental cars as my trips are changing.
- Their site is extremely easy to use and it's very easy to see the best options for your trip.
- I love how I can expense my trip right from the app and that it integrates with Concur.
- I honestly don't know.
- If I was to build a travel planning app, I would build it this exact way.
- The ability to change flights while I am on the road in meetings. They actually call the agents for me.
- It has put money back in my pocket with the Amazon rewards and my company has saved money by me booking the less expensive options.
TripActions is better in every way. Support, ease of use, benefits to me, as well as just the ability to compare options easily in a variety of different ways. It easily links to my travel rewards programs which is nice so I can get the benefits even when booking with my corporate card.
