Overall Satisfaction with Triple Whale

We are a D2C high end cooler brand. Margins in our category are not massive so its critical we manage our digital marketing spend very accurately across a variety of platforms and spends. TripleWhale is the tool we use to do that. It provides us invaluable insight we use to make decisions on a daily basis.

Pros

  • Integrate data from multiple platforms into one location.
  • Provide easy to use and customizable dashboards.
  • Help with additional attribution methods and accuracy.

Cons

  • Amazon data is difficult to integrate.
  • Shipping costs by channel and avg./unit cost - if possible.
  • Better tutorials to understand all the tools available.
  • Helps us balance our FB and Google spend.
  • Know when to scale spend.
  • Know when to back of spend.
The triple whale is a more holistic consolidated view of the ad spend and sales picture.
