Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

We have recently converted to QBO (Quick Books Online). TSheets allows us to job cost our payroll on QBO which does not work with their software alone. The phone and ipad login options work perfect for our employees at multiple locations and we photo stamp our property staff to be sure they are logging in for themselves.

Pros

  • Clocking in from any location with time, location and photo stamp capable.
  • Compatible with Quick Books Online.
  • Allows QBO to separate hours to multiple jobs, which can't be done on Quick Books online alone.

Cons

  • Add compatibility to Wells Fargo payroll service.
  • I'm at the beginning stages of calcuting this.
It's far more sophisticated than our previous clock system. It was internet based, so we could see the time, but no compatibility directly with Quick Books and certainly no photo or gps capabilities.
Works best for companies who have traveling employees or multiple offices. Probably not the best if you have a location with no internet and no one has a PDA phone or computer.
