Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
Tsheets is used for my small carpet cleaning company as our time management system. It allows the employees to clock in and out on their phones which is helpful since some of the employees work in the field. I also like the GPS aspect since it allows me to manage their work schedules based on jobs and availability of the individual technicians in the field on a particular day.
- TSheets' mobile app is easy to use for the employees.
- In operating a service based business, the GPS system is helpful in managing my schedule to know where the technicians are at and who can do what jobs.
- The back end side TSheets and the customer support is so easy and helpful to use.
- The only thing I can think of is either add payroll services or making the system more easily integrated with some of the payroll systems which are available on the market.
- The positive impact has been the ease of use for the employees and myself.
- The only negative I've seen is the copying and pasting of information from TSheets (my time management system) and Paychex (my payroll system). This is a bit time consuming and is an opportunity for a mistake to occur.
It's a much more easier system to use and it is less expensive overall.
