Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

TSheets is our timekeeping mechanism for internal employees and consultants in the field. It helps capture hours for time & materials contracts with our clients. Considering it links to our QuickBooks system, TSheets helps ensure the right number of hours are used for calculating costs for client invoicing. It creates a seamless time-entry to billing workflow that eliminates concern over billing accuracy.
  • Initial setup and configuration are very straightforward, while there are great training tools available to walk you through the details.
  • Customer service is outstanding. They actually encourage customers to engage them directly for any problem, even for minor setup issues. I've had great experiences with Sydny and Amy in particular.
  • The integration between TSheets and QuickBooks is a huge selling point. The integration is smooth. Imports and exports are lightning fast.
  • The overall user experience is really good. It keeps things simple and intuitive for our users, with minimal training investment needed.
  • I haven't encountered anything that is a negative. But we are also relatively new users. But even if I had suggestions, their strong customer service makes up for those deficiencies. I can actually reach someone promptly and get answers immediately.
  • It creates a seamless time-entry to billing workflow that eliminates concern over billing accuracy.
We looked at other generic options, but the fact that TSheets synchs with QuickBooks Online is the primary differentiator for us.
TSheets is an obvious fit for service-based companies. It is perfect for our own company and consulting operations, where we have multiple professionals on hourly contracts at a variety of clients. The features and functionalities are far more suited (and convenient) for my industry. But I've never heard of it being used by other consulting firms. Perhaps this will change once the secret gets out.
