Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
TSheets is being used by the whole organization. It helps with time tracking and processing payroll.
Pros
- Support is terrific. Emma has helped me out several times with regards to PTO.
- Very user friendly and good GUI.
- Always evolving and customer feedback can make a difference.
Cons
- PTO entry on the app is a bit tricky, but once you get used to it, it works.
- Tier 2 support sometimes might not see the bigger picture or trends if problems. For example, there is a recurring issue where people in my organization will clock out on the mobile app, but for some reason, the clock keeps on ticking.
- Old fashioned time cards and clock
I mean, do I even need to? I think it should go without saying that if you can budget for TSheets service, it's eons better than paper time cards and a time clock.
