Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
Currently in the process of implementing T-Sheets company wide to eliminate the use of excel and manual timesheets.
- Ease of punch-in/punch out.
- Several options for tracking time.
- Intuitive for managers, admins, and employees.
- Would like more flexibility on managers/groups.
- Would like calendar option for managers only (and not have to pay a per-employee cost). In other words, have managers see their schedules/calendars/PTO in a calendar view without needing to use the full features of the scheduling module.
- Yet to be determined, but it should save HOURS of time for managers and admin in processing payroll twice a month.

First of all, my initial sales call and trial period tilted my software search towards T-Sheets. Once I made the decision to sign up, my initial set session was quick, efficient, and thorough (and warm and friendly!). The on-line support is exceptional...user friendly, well documented, and also thorough. And finally, my chat session today with Shannon (which I'm raving about) was just exceptional. We had a great conversation via chat, and all of my questions were answered in a way that was easily understandable and that kept me propelled in a forward direction. Frankly,T-sheets is so intuitive, that my guess is most people don't need a lot of support. However, I do believe that their positive and informed customer service approach means that ALL of their csa's are equally knowledgeable and friendly!
