Overall Satisfaction with Typeform
Typeform has helped us in getting real-time customer surveys, NPS scores and so much more. A total game changer tool, but mostly I love the UI/ UX of it and its super-easy and quick to use, which makes it even better. Its like Canva - where you can just [drag], drop and your beautiful survey form is ready. Literally anyone can make beautiful and most importantly engaging survey forms. If you are evaluating, I would tell you, its way better than [SurveryMonkey] and similar competitors. Just go for it!

- Support can be improved a bit, but overall good product
- Overall positive - improved customer response rate for product marketing teams and now we can quickly make beautiful and engaging survey forms
Nothing much...I have heard many of other product marketers use [SurveyMonkey], but all of them have now shifted to Typeform!
