Overall Satisfaction with UberConference
I use UberConference to speak to my clients who are based in a different country than me. It can be a one to one call or one where there are numerous attendees. Sometimes I dial in from a desk phone but often using UberConference itself. Very occasionally I have used the screen share functionality.
- So easy to set up a call
- Call summary sent, shows who spoke and for how long
- Identifies callers if information is available
- The caller id function can be confusing because the name shown is often not someone who is expected to be on the call.
- The free version only provides a US dial in number (understandably)
- It has allowed me to speak to clients abroad in a seamless manner
- Allows me to show presentations to clients even though we are not in the same room
For a free service, this offers almost everything I need without the need to pay for the bells and whistles from products like WebEx. Sometimes, it's the simplicity that makes it so great to use. It requires virtually no planning and calls are started at the click of a mouse.
