Overall Satisfaction with UberConference

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our firm uses UberConference to connect with project teams and clients, many of whom are spread out across the U.S. in different offices, and states, and/or countries. The screen share component of UberConference is especially useful, as the majority of our work involves models and presentations that truly need to be "walked-through" in real time.

New update is very cumbersome, and includes too many beep-ons during calls
More connection quality issues with new update
Slightly confusing nature of new update has limited some of the "seamlessness", as we are now having problems when trying to help clients (who are less familiar with the platform) sign-on to a screenshare link.

Return on Investment

It allows our clients to receive more frequent (so, in between on-the-ground meetings) updates on our deliverables
We are able to present without scheduling in-person meetings
We are able to communicate with other firm employees in different offices more reliably

Support Rating

I have never used the customer support line before, but I feel like the help features are somewhat helpful. They do give us updates on what features have changed with new platform upgrades, but I also think that there could be a slightly better job done of providing "pop-up hints" on the site to ease the many new buttons we now have during calls with this new version.

It is impossible to do our work, which requires reviews of multiple different presentations, Excel models, and so on, without a screen share. Right now, our firm has not found a more reliable screen share platform than UberConference, and it is pretty well-understood by most. However, I'm not sure that I would recommend it if we weren't already using it.
