Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

We are using UiPath to test automation for asset management, wherein we found it can help us to reduce the time and increase data accuracy. We have many manual processes internally, so we decided to start evaluating UiPath for automation. We know that automation will help us to be more efficient and accurate.
  • Browser automation and schedule jobs which are the main activities that require manual work or visual validations by the users.
  • Great Training Support
  • Open Source services for developers
  • Graphics visualization for development
  • Interfaces with another browsers
  • The positive impact is that I was a witness of having an easy implementation and automation
  • I was able to see the power of automation, through removing repetitive task
The best [part] of UiPath was the free training, which I consider a great added value to the product. It helps to perform a quick evaluation of the product and to understand the capabilities of the tool against some automation challenges. I felt UiPath was designed to be closer to the final users than the technical team which is very good.
The best scenarios are when your process is very mature and you have control of where the information is located due to help you to reduce time and you can increase your data accuracy. If your process is changing or the company is not clear about the final objective of a process [it is] better to continue using manual steps and once the process is mature enough you can try to automate it.
