Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Process Mining (formerly ProcessGold)

UiPath is used in our organization across departments--HR, supply chain, marketing, sales, DT. We have automated different and various processes with UiPath Process Mining. Mostly we did highly repetitive tasks, which are routine and take a lot of time each day, like promotion creation, onboarding, and off-boarding processes, daily sales accounting on SAP, etc.
  • Very easy to use
  • Accuracy of selector is very efficient like dynamic selector
  • Attended and unattended bots
  • UiPath Community and academy
  • Image process needs some improvement.
  • Browser plugin issue
  • Image selector change
  • Moving towards digitization
  • Improves process speed
  • Saves a lot of work
Because it is very easy to use and easy to develop any process--even a non-technical person can develop.
