UKG Ready is our employee facing portal. It is the option for our employees to log in, update their personal information themselves, onboarding, open enrollment, performance management, and file feeds for insurance. This has helped to make things more efficient for processing, and saving money in the long run ensuring everything has been turned off when it was supposed to be when employees left the company.
Pros
- Design and suggestions! When building the portal, they made many suggestions to help with flow.
- Project planning-timeline and staying on top of it!
- Flexibility. I can adjust things or ask them to.

- Customer service-while their customer service has been awesome so far, everyone can always improve!

UKG Ready has helped me manage things more efficiently, given me time back in my schedule and saved money. The edi file feeds and doing open enrollment through the system has been one of the biggest life saving issues! I do not have to print everything. It shows real time rates. The elections are reviewed right there. The feeds pick up terminations and transmit it. I can log in as the employee and see what their issue is and help with it.
Cbiz has an email you send for a ticket and they have been taking more than 2 days to reply-and in some cases a week. it's difficult to keep operating that way.
