Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use UltiPro to process payroll as well as for our HR data, recruiting and keeping track of employee time and performance. It solves a problem we were having a few years ago before we implemented because we had six different softwares/ systems we were using to keep track of all of this data, and now it's all consolidated into one which allows us more robust reporting and functionality.
- Makes updates based on customer feedback.
- Performance management customer support team is very helpful when cases are opened.
- Have many delivered reports available for clients to use.
- Time Management is not very user friendly - it would be nice if it was set up more like Core is instead of being a separate unit.
- Account Manager turnover has been difficult for us we've had 5 or 6 account managers in 2.5 years.
